1. Kangana Ranaut :- Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar are the arch enemies in the Bollywood industry. None of them can stand each other. Kangana once appeared at Karan’s talk show Koffee With Karan and insulted him there. She told him the movie mafia. She also Tagged Karan as the flag bearer of nepotism and this insult did not go down well with Karan. The filmmaker tried to destroy her career and Karan Johar also tried to ban Kangana in Bollywood but was unsuccessful.

2. Priyanka Chopra :- The desi girl, who is now a global icon once faced the wrath of movie mafia, Karan Johar as he tried to destroy her career. There was a time when Priyanka and Shah Rukh Khan were having an affair and when Gauri came to know about this, she was furious. Then Karan, along with his other friends in the industry banned Priyanka Chopra from getting movies in the industry. Karan Johar himself accepted the fact that he tried to sabotage the career of Priyanka and later he apologized to her for doing so. But Karan was unsuccessful while executing his evil plan. PeeCee worked hard and she never needed to look back in her career.

3. Sushant Singh Rajput :- The late Bollywood actor was an outsider in the industry and as we know, Karan Johar can’t stand outsiders. Karan only has good relations with the star kids. Karan Johar tried to sabotage the shining career of Sushant Singh Rajput. He wanted to kick Sushant out of Drive and wanted to cast a Star kid but he was not ready to leave the film. Sushant’s adamant nature was not liked by Karan and he stopped the theatrical release of Drive and released it on the OTT platform. Later, KJo, along with his other friends from the industry, banned Sushant from many big production houses, and Sushant was left with no work.

4. Ayushmann Khurrana :- AyushmannnKhurrana is now one of the most successful actors in the Bollywood industry and everyone wants to work with him. But there was a time when Ayushmann Khurrana’s career was almost over by none other than Karan Johar. During his audition days, Ayushmann requested to Karan to allow him for one audition. Karan gave Ayushmann, his office’s number. When Ayushmann called for many times at the office, the staff told him that Dharma production only gives work to stars. When Ayushmann told this to Karan, the filmmaker said that he should be thankful that Karan gave him at least the right ph. number.

5. Anushka Sharma :- Anushka Sharma is undoubtedly one of the most talented and leading actresses of Bollywood currently. But during her struggling days, it was Karan Johar, who tried to end her career even before her debut. When Aditya Chopra told Karan that he would be casting Anushka as the female lead in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Karan declined. KJo advised Aditya Chopra to cast a Star kid and not an outsider like Anushka, with plain looks. Karan himself admitted that he hated Anushka back then and was not happy at all with Aditya Chopra’s choice. But Karan Johar has failed and these stars made it big to Bollywood with their hard work and struggle and created their identity.
